1. We DO NOT allow cancellation of orders after the 14 days period, or if the items are not in original condition packaging (except for mattresses under the 100-Day Free Trial program).

2. Not all mattresses are eligible for 100-Day Free Trial. For more information, please click here.

3. Any return fees shall be borne by the customer & our company reserve the right to reject any return if it does not complied to our terms & conditions.

4. All items are customer self assembled.
